Job Information	LN Domino Admin: Desired Profile More than 2 years of desired experience required Skills Required to write technical documentation Physical management of Domino databases including clustering configuration Ongoing maintenance of fail-over technology and TSM Knowledge of IBM LDAP Domino ID management and database deployment Expert knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Lotus Symphony) Must be able to effectively work in a non-scripted support environment. 75% within documented process and 25% outside of normal process Min 2+ years direct experience with latest version(s) of Lotus DominoOther Requirements & Skills: Ability to work multiple shifts to provide global support on a dynamic schedule Excellent ‘Business English’ written and verbal communication skills (other languages are a plus but not required) Detail oriented under high pressure situations Sense of urgency and excellent time management skills Excellent customer relationship and teaming skills Perform Application Testing Activities when needed Translate Business – I/T Requirements Understand Data Models Use Application Development Methodology’s & Tools Use applications Strategies for Maintenance Use Full Life Cycle Use Programming Languages Use test tools knowledge Use ODBC/JDBC/SQL.
