Job Information	Experienced Share Point Developer/Consultant is required to work on the development of the content management system. The role requires working closely with BA team to have requirements and the Infrastructure teams. Key responsibilities include carrying out development, design, deployment and support activities. This role also requires working in the capacity of a well-rounded consultant, who will assist and provide inputs to the topics such as architecture, design, capacity planning, installation, configuration, etc.
	TECHNICAL SKILLS
	Mandatory: Excellent experience in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server – 2007/2010 (Preferably 5+ years)
	Custom workflow design, implementation and deployment.
	Document Management Implementation.
	Exposure on Deployment strategies in SharePoint.
	Design and developing sites, web parts.
	Document library Management.
	.NET development skills including ASP.NET and C# (Preferably 3+ years)
	RDBMS experience (SQL Server/ Oracle).
	Experience of system development for distributed systems.
	Strong design experience and understanding of core OO principles.
	Experience in Agile software development environment.
	Experience with off-shore development teams.
	Experience of working in an Investment Bank IT department 7 Years of work experience.
	Conduct requirement analysis; transmit high level design to detail level design. Ability to work in offshore development model.
